Titanium wire classification and standard
Titanium wire is divided into titanium wire, titanium welding wire, titanium hanging wire and medical titanium wire for structural parts according to its chemical composition.
The chemical composition of titanium wire for structural parts is carried out in accordance with GB/T3620, and the chemical composition of titanium wire is more stringent than that of structural parts.
There are many implementation standards for the chemical composition of titanium welding wire. Commonly used are GB/T3623 and AWSA5.16.
The chemical composition requirements of titanium hanger silk are lower than GB/T3620, so the price is also lower, and the market price is between 80 and 100.
The chemical composition requirements of medical titanium wire are generally consistent with GB/T3620, but the hydrogen content should not exceed 0.01%.

1, ERTi-1 titanium welding wire (pure titanium welding wire)

Used in electrolysis, such as the coating of the anode bottom layer in the production of sodium chlorate or chlorine.
2. ERTi-2 titanium welding wire
ERTi-2 titanium wire is commonly used to weld industrial pure titanium. Due to its good strength and weldability, it is widely used in industry. Typical applications include welding of industrial pure titanium heat exchangers, seawater heat exchangers, pressure vessels and piping systems in chemical engineering.
3, ERTi-5 titanium alloy welding wire
ERTi-5 wire, due to its relatively low cost and easy availability, is the most common and widely used alloy grade. It has a tensile strength of at least 130,000 psi, good and can be heat treated to higher strength and toughness.
